The Role
This clinic is seeking to find a full time, permanent or part time GP. There is a large patient demand for a female doctor in this clinic, due to a female departing the centre. As the clinic is open from 7:00am to 7:00pm Monday to Friday and 9:00am to 12:00pm on weekends, you will have the ability to work a very flexible roster. Current doctors in clinic are very busy and can see up to 30 patient per day. The patient base is varied and with many specialities being offered, there is a real mixture of ages and patient demographic that come through the centre. The clinic will support any specialties and interest areas, with ongoing support being offered from the Practice Manager and Owners. The clinic is known for its easy going, friendly and close knit team, so the successful applicant must have these traits.
The Practice
Doctors have the ability to choose how they would like to bill their patient base and the length of session times that they offer. This clinic has been operating in the area for 7.5years and it offers Private Billings to the majority of its patient base. Working alongside 6 other doctors, two practice nurses and a strong admin team, you will be fully supported from the onset. The Owner of the centre is the Principal GP and the Practice Manager has worked in the medical industry, for close to 10years. Alongside these staff members, there is also a Psychologist, Physiotherapist and Naturopath that is based on site. You will have your own modern practice room to utilise and a full equipped treatment room for any procedures taking place on-site.
The Location
Located just 20 minutes East of Brisbane, you will be joining a rapidly growing region. The area is located just 5minutes for Westfield Carindale and 2minutes from Cannon Hill Shopping Complex. The suburb is surrounded by Parkland, with plenty of parks in the area to take a young family or pets. When you do what to explore, you will experience light traffic conditions, with easy access to the Southern and Northern motorways and the CBD. - MBBS or Equivalent
- Specialist AHPRA Registration
- Strong Team Ethics
