Patient Test Results

Your Doctor or pathology collector will advise you when they expect the results of tests or procedures to arrive at the practice. The Doctors ask that you contact the Nurse to find out if you require further follow up with your practitioner. Please be aware that you will be contacted by telephone if any results are of an urgent nature. However, results will not be provided over the telephone.

If you would like a copy of your test results, you need to ask your Doctor or healthcare provider during your consultation when they are writing the request form. Your Doctor will then contact you when they receive your results to provide them to you. 

Appointment Scheduling

Scheduling an appointment is essential to minimise consultation waiting time. The Doctors ask that where possible you advise their staff if you believe a longer consultation or Nursing assistance is required. Emergency situations are given priority and our staff will attempt to contact you prior to your arrival to advise of any delays that may affect your appointment time.  The online booking system is available for your convenience.

Translating and Interpreting Services

Our doctors can accommodate the needs of patients who may require additional assistance if they are heading impaired or unable to speak English. The Doctors and their staff are able to arrange interpreter services to patients at no additional cost. Please let the friendly team know if you require an interpreter to be organised.
