About Jia Hui Tan

Jia is a physiotherapist at The Carina Medical & Specialist Centre, with a strong passion for helping people move and feel better. Her patients describe her as warm, approachable, and thorough. She believes in taking the time to understand each person’s goals, providing tailored treatment plans that combine hands-on therapy, education, and exercise.

Jia holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and has pursued additional certifications in Women’s Health (Level 1), Dry Needling (Level 2), and Watson Headache® treatment – equipping her with specialised tools to manage a wide range of conditions with care and confidence.

Outside of work, Jia enjoys swimming, reading, and is currently teaching herself to play the guitar.
