About Heidi Righetto

Heidi has been practicing remedial massage therapy since 2013. She has also been practicing Level 1 & Level 2 Lymphatic Therapy since 2016. While Heidi was working as a medical receptionist in Sydney, she had the privilege of treating various sporting teams including Sydney FC, Parramatta Eels and the NSW Men’s Hockey Team. As Heidi is a big sports fan, she values and enjoys working as a team with her clients to reach their goals. Heidi is fantastic at offering tailored guidance and at home care for each of her clients.

Heidi offers both remedial and lymphatic drainage massage.

Remedial Massage Therapy aims to treat damaged, knotted, tense or immobile muscles. It is used in a number of problems affecting muscles, tendons and bones- including pregnancy.

Here is a list of conditions treated with massage therapy: – neck, shoulder or back pain – headaches – sporting or other injuries – arthritis – chronic pain – fatigue – anxiety/ depression – treat side effects of cancer (e.g. lymphoedema) – manage side effects of diabetes – assist in addiction rehabilitation

Lymphatic Drainage Therapy AKA: Manual Lymphatic drainage. This is a specialised type of medical massage. It is commonly used to treat lymphedema, which means swollen lymph nodes/ vessels as the fluid cannot drain away effectively and therefore collects. Your therapist may massage an area without swelling as this technique aims to improve the flow and make space for fluid, and as a result reduces swelling.
